MGHS Class of 2012 - Kelly | Maris Ehlers Photography

This senior session with Kelly was from late summer.  Kelly goes to MGHS, and they do not allow students to submit their own senior images.  They use a studio photographer for their yearbook photos, which means we have a lot more freedom during their sessions to create images that are meaningful to them and that showcase their personality.

We wanted to incorporate a variety of scenes and elements into Kelly's session, and her priorities were to integrate her passion for music into her images.

Here, you can see that playing the piano is a huge part of who she is.

This is one of my favorite images from her session.  It's very different in that the focal point is actually her in the view of the mirror, but we've incorporated her flute as well as a special wooden music stand of hers.

These three images are similar in some ways, and yet so different.  I couldn't choose a favorite!

I'm sure it wouldn't surprise you to find out that Kelly is an amazing singer as well.  In this picture we have the name of her choir, "Crimson Harmony" peeking out.
