Austin's High School Senior Pictures | Maris Ehlers Photography

This is a session I shot a week or so ago on a lovely and humid evening in Minnesota (are there any other kind here during the summer?).

Austin is interested in films and film-making, so we started out at the old Riverside Theatre.  What a cool space, even if it does smell like stale popcorn!

We made good use of the city landscape all around us.  Old buildings are plentiful in almost any city, and they make fantastic backdrops for portraits of almost any kind.

Here's an old abandoned Chinese Restaurant.  

We stopped at Minnehaha Academy for a few portraits, too. 

And of course we can't forget the Turf Club on University.
